Sony Xperia mobile is dead and under warranty but Service center Guys not fixing the issue

Hi,

I am having a Sony Xperia Sola phone which I have purchased on June-2012. It was working fine till yesterday but suddenly since morning it is not opening.
When I checked the same with service center guys they said all ICs have been burned and they cant provide the support for the same.

But my concern is if phone is under warranty and there is no physical or water damage and even no one has opened the phone except service center then how come they denied to provide the support.

If there is any internal issue and company will not fix the same then what does warranty means Why we are paying so much money in the name of after sales services?

Kindly help me to resolve the case.

    Hi Mohit,
    Even i am having the same problem. I too have an Sony Xperia sola bought in june 2012, and for the second time in 8 months my phone has stopped working. As said by you and in the same way with me, for the second time for last 1 month i am getting no response from the people in service centre and my phone is with them from 7th of March 2013 till date .

    I see some other posts as well in this forum from Sony Xperia Sola users . If we together raise a voice , maybe we can bring a change.
