Dear Sir/ Mam,
I am writing this mail to you because i had faced literally harassment from Vodafone people,i had there postpaid connection in Rajasthan (with no. +91 99839 91115 having connection from Sep 2008).Later i got shifted to Delhi in last year July 2012 but i continue with that no,i changed my plan on that no. with annual rental of Rs 599 and during a journey i lost my sim from there the problem arises.
I call to there customer care for the temporary closure of the same,then i went to there Vodafone store Delhi near Nirman Vihar,there Vodafone people told me that as this no. is of Rajasthan we cannot issue the sim and it will be issued from Rajasthan only.
Then on 2nd Feb i went to Vodafone store at Jodhpur,there the Vodafone people issued me a new sim with no.H8 89916 02710 00101 08858 with Rs 15 charges and with my id proof,i had also filled up a request form there and they said that the sim will be activated within 2 hours but it wasn’t.
I came back to Delhi on 4th Feb,then i called twice to there customer care for the activation of same,but every time they asked for new sim no.which i gave but the sim was not activated,then my father visited Jodhpur Vodafone store there the a guy name Ravi informed that sim is deactivated and can’t be activated again,you have to coordinate with your corporate Relationship Manager Shilpi Maheshwari who sits in Jaipur Vodafone office.
I call her but she didn’t pick then i messaged her for a call back but she didn’t call,then finally i wrote my first mail to her on 12th Feb (Trail Mail) and till now the sim has not been activated.
As mentioned below in trail mail i have raised few concerns to them but they are not resolving the same,even i had send a mail to there complaint department but no resolution yet.
I requested them for the activation of my Vodafone no. +91 99839 91115 with the same plan of annual rental of Rs 599 with adjustment of seven month money/rental already paid to them.But they are not ready to do the same,neither they are adjusting nor they are making the refund of my remaining months amount.
As per them the sim is deactivated by system automatically,i never requested for the same,if it has been deactivated they should informed the same through any means,but they didn’t,even when i went the Vodafone store in Jodhpur,the people doesn’t inform me this thing and issued a new sim to me,along with a filled request form,Sim charges,id proof.
If they cannot activate the sim with the plan which i had already taken then why these people issued the new sim to me after charging.It’s been one and half months gone but my no. is not been activated continuing same plan.

1) My sim was lost and i am in Delhi if your Vodafone people in Delhi are failed to provide me the sim in delhi for the same then as a company you have failed to provide the services to the customer.Am i at fault that i am in Delhi and i should visit rajasthan for just issuance of new sim ????
2) With whom permission my no.was deactivated,as a consumer it’s my right that you people should send a mail or intimation through any means for closure of connection.If it’s your system by which it has automatically processed then there should be solution in such cases with required approvals at your end.
3) When my no.was deactivated why your people at Jodhpur Vodafone store doesn’t inform me at the time of new Sim issuance and i have been charged Rs 15 for that along with id proof and i had also filled up a written request form there.New Sim with no.H8 89916 02710 00101 08858 was issued to me but not activated till now.
4) One and Half month has gone my sim is not activated after been sim issued after been charged after sending lot of mails,after making so much phone calls,it’s harassment which you people have done.
5) I have taken plan of annual rental plan of Rs 599 in month of Sep 2012 and used till Jan 2012 then sim was deactivated from your end not mine,seven month money/rental is still with you and you are not adjusting neither refunding that money.It’s really strange.
Above points are sufficient for me to file a complain with TRAI and if required will take you to the consumer forum for further compensation and for the mental harassment made.
Requesting you for the last time for the activation of my Vodafone no. +91 99839 91115 with the same plan of annual rental of Rs 599 with adjustment of seven month money/rental already paid to you.

Now when i am in problem and asking for activation of no. +91 99839 91115 it is suggested that i had to resubmit all my docs again for it’s activation.
I am using both connections from Sep 2008 and now you people are asking for re submission of docs.Why so.Pls process for activation of my no.,how can a company close the connection without intimating the customer ,also if the no. can not be activated then why new sim was issued to me and charged for the same.
Pls Resolve.
