Even after persuasion and follow up over phone no result is forthcoming.The dealer has neither given me invoice no.,cash memo with warranty cards duly filled nor fixed wires and pipes with the wall.The hole made in the wall has also not been sealed.I request to please take up the matter suitably with the dealer.The details requested is given below against each item.

Subject: Incomplete installation of 1.5 tonne split air conditioner
Dear Sir:
One AC was delivered after long persuasion and follow up on 26.05.2012. Again I had to request several times for installation and ultimately installation work started at 8 PM and was over by 00:15 AM without proper fixing of wires and pipes with the wall.The hole made in the wall has also not been sealed.Your representative Mr. Paulin came on 28.05.2012 and received full and final payment by cheque with promise that remaining work shall be fixed after 2 days and invoice no.,cash memo with warranty cards duly filled shall be returned.I waited for a week but no one turned up.I again called up at phone no.2266873 on 04.06.2012 but the Lady who picked up the phone did not have the basic courtesy to attend properly to a customer.
and hung up.
Do you have a system to follow up with customers if they are satisfied with the services provided and AC is functioning properly after installation.No one even came to give demo of using the remote.
