my issue is that i received two SMS from reliance first SMS is that “dear customer you have consumed your 70% of your 3G DATA” second SMS is that “dear customer you have crossed you 500 MB limit now speed is 64 KB ”
why m receiving these msgs as don’t use any data internet , i don’t have 3G compatible mobile phone m using Nokia x2-02 and it is a 2G mobile . it is not possible to use any 3G data on this phone . i want to resolve this problem as soon as possible . other wise i have to complaint in reliance appellate authority

I have complaint so many times for the same issue but nothing is resolve, kindly see all the mails below, i mail to reliance , as i didn’t get any acceptable solution from reliance , I am agree to pay my monthly plan bill that is of 599 but apart from that i m not going to pay the amount as i didn’t use the internet thing . if reliance agree with that so i can pay this monthly bill of 599 anytime.
now my fathers phone number incoming also barred and he is unable to get important calles from patients he is doctor by profession and he has to recived and make so important calles
