NO services from TAT DOCOMO

Dear Sir/Madam,

I took my Post paid tata docomo plan for Rs 899/-Plan, but htey have activated 199 plan, from 18th april i am keep on following customer care they are not taking any initiatives. Even though my money is detected from my account.Now they have stopped my out going call also. Though i am being in regional Manager post i am in need of phone with services.But these people not even considering any single issues.Even for TATA photon Plus speed is too slow for that also they are not responding, even we cannot able to reach toll free number.Just they are cheating the customer, no services from this TATA group.I am totally frustrated and getting sick by these issues.my out going call has to be activate and my 899 plan has to be activate. I need compensation for this. If its not happen i will move to higher authorities.
