Hello,
Its more than 75+ hours amd i m still waiting for installation of my Airtel Recorder. Even i had a word today with 12148 they again and assure me to arrange a callback but i received no call from airtel end.
I applied for a new Airtel DTH connection for Airtel DTH recorder dated 28_MAr_13 at 10:10 AM and paid the amount 5790 instantly at the same time. And a commitment was made with me by airtel sales agent ARLIE ROSE that installation will take place within 24 hours. On this assurance only by Rose i ready to purchase through online.

After payment when i call to airtel customer care no 12148,12150 they gave me nonsense execuses and confuse me by providing various execuses like installation team will contact you in 30 min. , will arrange a call back in 10 min. etc. And sometimes they cut my call from their end.
And there is no proper esclation. If i want to esclate the same they always disconnect my call.
No proper management.
At this time after paying the full amount and received no proper response and no service i m feeling MENATALLY HARRESED as a customer.
These guys only mentally harrased their customer.
I want some strict action must be taken against AIRTEL DTH TEAM and want compensation against MENTALLY HARRASEMENT OF CUSTOMER.
Request you to do the needful ASAP.
