Regarding deactivation of all value added services

My complaint is with reference to value added services about cricket gossips which got activated on its own and my total balance was reduced to zero. I never activated the services and every alternate day, I was charged Rs.5 without no reason whatsoever. I never got any help from the customer care inspite of repeatedly calling them to sort out my problem. All the efforts of mine went in vain and none of the customer care guy could help me and have only shown their helplessness. I also thought that I will get rid of this number but due to compulsion of that many people have my number and also all my banking services are activated on this number. It will be too hectic to make people aware of my new number and also transfer all my services to other number. As I am presently placed in Madhya Pradesh and my number is of Uttar Pradesh (East), The customer care I called told me to get in touch with the customer care of Uttar Pradesh (East) which was never accessible due to some problem. I anyhow called up my friend to get all the value added services deactivated and the problem was solved anyhow. The same problem has started once again. I also tried to book the complaint online on BSNL website but the site also seems pathetic as BSNL. I would request to kindly help me to sort out the problem which I am facing presently. I would also like to have compensation from BSNL for the financial losses and the mental agony I have gone through and don’t want to have same experience once again. I would request to kindly help me get deactivate all the value added services immediately. I am really pissed off with the kind of responses the customer care executives of BSNL give and neither had they had the basic manners of how to deal with the customers. I finally request to kindly sort out this problem immediately.
