Non Delivery of our Douments

My pan card was dispatched from Mumbai on 25th March 2013 by first flight couriers ltd.. Vide AWB :- ZB6224732 and the courier delivery person called me and told me to collect from his Nelamangala branch, And on requesting for delivery he told that my address doesnt come under service area of First FLight and he was speaking very rudely on asking for service, When they dont have service to our address how can they book the consignment from the consignor where they do not have service. And pan card is very much required and is authenticated document which is of high priority at this time and is dening for delivery and the first flight would be responsible for the loss caused by same.. and First Flight has to bear the losses of the same… My contact number :- 9886066797
