There was a weekend offer sent to my mobile. and it was wrongly activated and I got the message from bsnl (the service provider) after two days, that I had been charged with Rs. 30 and was subscribed to NUMEROLOGY for 30 days. I tried to unsubscribe but I couldn’t get success. I lodged an online complaint to bsnl but I found no respnse from them. Everyday, this NUMEROLOGY had started sending me some tips. This month again, it charged me Rs. 30 with the same message. I want to get this value added service, de-activated immediately and if they have charged me wrongly I want refund of the same.
My complaint reference number to bsnl is “B19BR300095′. another one is “B21BR300352” dated 21/02/2013.
