complaint against reliance tarrif plan

Name of company/service: Reliance communication

My mobile no is: 9310815098 . I have recharge 77plan (28/03/13 at 11.12am) according to it first call of day 50p to any rel no. and rest of day 20p to rel network . but they charge 50p/m each time i call to rel network.
i tried to complain customer care(7 times) but they refuse to help me and not noted any complain on my request and cut the phone.
so i request you to take matter into consideration and return my money which illegely charge.
