Sir,i recharged my mobile online through themobile store website”themobilestore.in”.on 7 feb 2013 recharge of rs 127 order number 3110300580872 and one other recharge of rs 110 dated 8 feb 2013 order number 3110370478311,both recharges were failed and amount deducted from my bank account.I registered complaint for both and from that time till now both orders are showing a status of refund pending on their website.I called them by phone ,they told me that refund regarding order dated 7 feb is under progress and order placed on 8feb they dont have record of any such order in their database,but on their website both orders are showing “refund pending” status.I got a call from them,that they have refunded my amount to my bank account.I conformed from my bank and have not received any amount from mobilestore to my bank account.After that i called them again,but everytime they tell me to wait.They have a policy,that if an order fails,amount will be refunded within 14 days maximum to bank account,but today a month and more days but i have not received my amount back.Please help me.Thanku
