Dear Sir/Madam,
I have placed order for KENT PEARL Mineral water purifier from online portal www.timtara.com on 27/04/2012. Order Number is 10245544. Till date I have neither received the product nor I have got any response for all the complaints I have made. After waiting for more than a month I have cancelled my order on 4/06/2012 and still did not receive any response from them. When I call their customer care number 0135-3051500 they still say that you will get your product soon. This itself explains that they havent updated my order as cancelled in their system and they are not giving any response for my cancellation and about the refund of money. I want to take this further and want to take legal action against them. Please receive this complaint against www.timtara.com
