Faulty Service of Refrigerator

Location/place: Gurgaon, Haryana

Name of company/service: Sahara Services

I was given the number of a service centre for refrigerators from tele directory. Upon filing a complaint a service engineer from Sahara Services came and repaired my Godrej fridge and charged me Rs.4010/- But it stopped working after 3 hours. After following up with them for 27 hours finally they sent an engineer to repair. Again 3 days it stopped working. I am calling them up to send some engineer asap, but they are not bithered and are asking me to wait for 24 hours. I have already bore a loss of money with stocks of my food stuff stored for the entire year is list, plus the mental harrasment.
