IMPROPER SERVICE AND RESPONSE

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: H.NO: 6-2-25/4, SHIVAJI NAGAR, OLD BUS STAND, SANGAREDDY, MEDAK(DISTRICT) ANDHRA PRADESH, PIN: 502001 &lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: HCL &amp; INFIBEAM</p>I have ordered an HCL ME V1 Tablet from INFIBEAM website on 3rd March & got a delivery on 9th March, Infibeam people delivered the product withou Invoice number & date. The Tablet was not switching on from the day i received it when complained the same through email & calls no proper response was given by HCL customer care. After one week I raised the complaint for replacement and they have promised me the same but after 3 days of handovering the product in service center they are simply saying that software has been updated & can colect the product. I am not ready to colect it as it is manufacturing defect product and not even switching on from 1st day. When complained the same to nodaloficer level no response or cal from them till date. I want strict action to be taken against HCL & INFIBEAM for making customers suffer like anything. Please help you are my last hope.
