Hello sir,
I was working in mentioned company during may 2008 to feb 2010. My salary was 7000 and deduction were esic 455, p.tax 175. When i left company i asked for pf but they were saying that my pf was not deducted. As per the law esic deduction of employee should be 1.75% and employer 4.75%. so my esic sholud be deducted 122.5 only rest of amount epf. Now they are saying both 1.75% and 4.75% had deduted from my salary only.I think they have deducted illegal esic and not submitted our epf to pf office. I asked them so many times. Please help me.
