Complaint regarding bogus service & FRAUD

Dear Sir,
I had purchased RO System (Total Enhance) from Eureka Forbes in Oct’2011. Till January 2013 I was getting regular services from Eureka Forbes. But in February, Two of its representatives approached us after a complain and replaced the cells for RO system. They also told us to renew AMC for the SErvice for this current year. They billed us an amount of Rs 4605/- which was paid to them through crossed cheque in the name of Eureka Forbes on 17.02.13. They did not give us any receipt for the same and informed us that the receipt shall be send to us through courier. The cheque realised on 27.02.2013. But we did not receive any receipt till date. Simultaneously when we checked the cells replaced recently were not original. (Similar RO system is fixed in my neighbourhood). I therefore put a complaint at the customercare mail to Eureka Forbes on 11.03.2013. There is no response to it. On 15.03.13 I registered complain on the customercare phone no at Pune. They assured me that their representative shall approach us shortly. But even after repetative complaints, nobody turned up till date. Now I have been cheated since the company has taken money from me and are not taking any action also regarding the same. I, therefore, request you to take an immediate action against the company and help me receive my money back/provide me regular services from the company
