Tatadocomo – Torturing Customer even though the bill is paid and not cancelling the service

Name of company/service: Tatadocomo

I had tatadocomo postpaid 3G connection with number 8460857054 and relationship number 908210224.
I had shifted my factory to new location where tatadocomo coverage was near to none and when receive its speed is even lower than old age dial-up connection (i agree it was due to low network). So I planned to change the service provider, and for it I went to its nearby office for cancellation.
First the officer in charge told me that I have to cancel by calling their customer-care number so I called there and then the call-center person said they cannot take the request directly and said I have to give it in written to their office. During this time of 2-3 visits to their office and calling customer care number my new bill was generated.
Then their officer at their docomo office told me that I have to pay both due bills then only they can accept the request (note: both bill was without usage as no network). I thought lets pay if the issue gets close.
Paid both bill and cancellation request was accepted on 5/9/2012 (with dully signed xerox for proof), after few days I got call from their customer call center for not cancelling the connection. They tried every step to convince me and also offered me to shift to prepaid connection, I replied that first cancel my this postpaid connection and then If I needed I would take other prepaid connection.

Few days gone, I thought its done, then again the the bill started generating.
I mailed the issue to [email protected] (as they say in their bills for any query).
No reply.
I called customer-care toll free number and got reply that they have not received the cancellation request at all.
How come ? as I have received the call for stopping the cancellation from their side only.

this issue continue to 2-3 months, bills generation, and me making emails and calls to customer center.
Finally I called the customer care number around 1st march 2013 complaining the issue and told them that I have the written proof for their acceptation of cancellation request, so finally they registered my complaint and was solved on 3rd of march 2013 with a call from MR. Sunny from their customer care call-center with accepting that they had received the request on September 2012 and giving me the waiver of all due bills since my last cancellation request and forwarded me to the cancellation department and the connection was cancelled.

Again the question is, if they can cancel the connection from call center end, why they had not done before and charged me two bills initially (which I had paid without making any issue to close the connection)

Finally I thought all done, and again i was wrong.

Again new bill generated, and over and above I got threatening call claimed to be from delhi court for claim of unpaid invoice from number 8447804925 and gave me number of Some advocate MR. RK Sharma 09540531754, I called him and he threatened me to make payment in 1 hour, I tried to explain the issue but was stopped in between that they are not tata docomo employees and so cant take any explanations as this is legal matter, and forced me to make payment or come to delhi when called from court.

I called call-centers, went their offices and got the issue that the waiver was registered on 3rd of march but still not deducted from my account till 21st of march. How come as its above 15 days, are they such overloaded with work or worst customer care service ? God knows. Mean while the calls with MR RK Sharma (claimed to be advocate). So finally I paid the amount to come out of issue even after the company had accepted that it was their mistake as I had personally seen the complaints registered on the centralized system of tatadocomo when I went to their office for this issue.

Lets see if they still generate the bills or stops it. And I get refund of my paid money as it was already waivered by the company.
Would reply what is done.
