No response from customwr care

Now it has serious software issues due to which I cannot turn on my phone. Also It has dead pixels on screen. Now whenever I call customer care number (180030100104)…everytime I hear is all the executives are currently busy please hold. I’ve been trying from past one week. I also called lava mobiles and they said we don’t have support foe xolo a700. Xolo is a fraud. Poorest support I’ve ever experienced. Wasting people time.
