Fraud

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Reliance Insurance

I have taken insurance plan by reliance company, as they have given me this plan to open an insurance policy, and after 40-50 days, they will give us loan agreed at the the time of advice to take policy for loan. What should i do now, as they are failed to give us loan.
I don’t beleive that the reliance company has also do this type of fraud.
