Misbehaviour & default in customer service by S K SINGH & P N PANDEY OFFICER OF BANK

Name of company/service: Bank of India Gopipura Branch

Dear sir

I have various Savings.current.deposit & flexible recurring deposit accounts in the various name of my family members.
I am associate with your bank since last more then 28years.during this terms of relationship I have good experience of service with bank,
But from last few months from change in local bank management i have various problem with bank officials in terms of service,& bank did not give satisfactory solutions for my query,
Today I have visited the branch for some of transfer & RTGS work in my relatives account ,customer service hour start from 10 A.M & I reach the bank at 10.10 a.m no person available at the counter
When I have asked officer palmar for complain book she said me that Mr P N Pandey officer look after customer service she call her he came to me I have asked complain register from he that
Was not provided to me & he ask me to come inside the cabin I respectfully denied to do this and ask for complain register from him once again,
Even though our conversation is continued one Mr S K Singh officer of the branch whom I did non know interrupted us & start to talk with me in very rough language he said me who are you bank have lot of customer better then you close your all bank accounts & deposit accounts immediately we did not want customer like you who complain in each & everything related to customer service he try to hit me even though I am handicap person,he hit me by giving hand on my soldier I am save by balancing by support of some bank customers during this conversation MR Pandey Also start to talk with me in rough language & said me that I was destroying atmosphere of bank by talking in loud
So inspite of providing better customer service & not provide me complain register which should be available at the help desk they try to misbehave with handicap person like me
This type of service provide by the bank then I am sorry to say that bank is really provide setvice as per your advertisement tageline ‘BANKING BEYOND RELATIONSHIP
I AM ADVERSELY EFFECTED & in Depression by act Of Mr S K Singh & Mr P N Pandey
Therefore I demand strict action against both the officer at B.O.I Gopipura branch.hope for prompt response from bank otherwise I have to go to bank ombudsman pointed for my complain
