Reimbursement of extra amt. paid by mistake

I was using three tata photon connections (all postpaid). One photon device no. 09211795239 was lost and a complaint of loss of photon no. 09211795239 was lodged in lajpat ngr. outlet of tata photon near Bikaner on 9th Nov. 13. The complaint no. given to me was 33530343. Even after that I recd. two bills, bill no.1362062113 dt. 5-12-12 for Rs. 1067.42 and bill no.1382269505 dt. 5-1-13 for Rs. 1134. Since I was using three photon connections, by mistake I deposited these two bills also for which I had already lodged the complaint. I discussed this matter on 25-2-13 with the customer care executive Mrs. Maninder. She certified that Yes, the complaint of lost device is very much there in their records.complaint no. 33530343.
Then as per her advice I sent a mail to [email protected] & cc to [email protected] on 25-2-13 at 17.44.24 pm. In response they asked for my bank account details to transfer the funds on 26-2-13 at 12.18 pm on mail. I gave them the details on [email protected] on 28-2-13 at 10.44 a.m.
But till date nothing has been credited in my account. And the worse position is this that till date I am receiving the bills for this photon device. One more bill no. 1440647172 dt. 5-3-13 for Rs. 896 has been generated for this connection.
Is this our fault that we sincerely pay the bills and lodge the complaint for loss of device in time.
This is my humble request to sincedrely look into the matter and help me out by reimbursing Rs. 2201.42 which were deposited by me by mistake. This type of DADAGIRI of these companies must be given a serious view in the benefit of consumer.
