Sir,
With reference to subject cited above this is to bring to your kind attention that Rs 10,000/-has been deducted fraudulently from my Bank account (a/c no 0731000100414489) held at Punjab National Bank, Branch kidwai nagar kanpur-208011 although transaction which was carried by me on 11/03/2013 time around 12:25 p.m. at PNB ATM, noubastha near shri Nrayan Auto petrol pump had failed as the ATM encountered error. I waited there for twenty minutes but the machine was not functional till that time so I moved from there & after some time.
I have reported the matter to customer care and complained them about this. My complaint no. 59471996.But the resolution of my complaint has been rejected, and they have instructed me to intimate this matter to your home branch.
I have go to bank and given a application to below officers but they are unable to give a satisfactiory answer to the issue.
In view of above it is most respectfully requested that i complaint may be registered and appropriate action as deemed fit may kindly be taken against the culprits and help me in getting my money back.
