Dear Sir/Madam,
I was purchased one double door fridge (230 Ltr.) sumsung make on dated 14/3/2005 from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd. under memo no. 4079 & 107514.
Last year June (2012) after making continue noise, cooling system is totally down and concerned engineer of sumsung service centre found that compressor’s life is gone and they had taken fridge for change the parts. After 7 days they returned my fridge with a bill of rs.5182/- (all included).
Just 8 months gone my fridge is given same disturbance and cooling system is also gone. The concerned engineer after checking found that compressor is not working, it must be changed immediately.
I am surprised that within eight months how can a new compressor will be dead and how is possible to change this parts
twice in a year for rs.17000/- refrigerator by giving rs.5200-5500/- every time ??
I NEED SOLUTIONS….
