STV 33 automatically activated and while calling deactivate but not refund the money

Location/place: Agartala, Tripura

Name of company/service: Reliance-GSM

i was using STV pack 33 and it has been automatically auto renewed by the relience onnn 21st march 2013 without prior permission to client. Today while calling to customer care on 198 (with Kranti & others Customer care people). I queried about reactivation and Your customer staff deactivated the pack account without returning my money. When i asked about unjust enrichment they
said “this is there policy of work and they cannot help further more”.
