No refund & not transfered sufficient amount when not having connection fesability.

Dear Sir,

I were using beam cable 1mbps for 6months plan from may 2012 for 3360rs, i have renewal that plan again on nov 2012 with 3670rs.

i have shifted jan 7 2013 to new house.i made a transfer connection to new house on jan 3 2013.But that area is no feasibility to make internet connection so deactivated my account.

i have requested them to refund money they didn’t have that policy & suggested to transfer my money for some other connection.

finally they transferred half of the money.actually money should transfer 2670rs, but they transferred 1700rs.

please help me how can get those remaining balance.
