Wrongly deduct 125 Rs balance

Name of company/service: RELIANCE GSM GUJARAT CIRCLE

Sir, i want to bring my problem in front of you that i am a customer of Reliance GSM with my mobile no 8690974352,at 19 march 2013 reliance deduct around 110 rs in my mobile balance and i have file a complaint with complaint ID 200172845 and they repeat the same with remaining balance and deduct 14 Rs in next 12 hrs (complaint ID 200193929) now i am facing a big problem. this is not first time with me i had face this problem before couple of month also, customer care executive is failed to help me.

please help me sir and try to help for revert back my balance in my mobile no 8690974352.
