Name of company/service: Hcl infotech ltd.
I have purchased on imported machine with 2 years warranty in June 2012. Till date machine is not fully functional and after sale service is not being provided. Only 3 visits till date. I think company is trying to pass 24 months somehow and wash there hands off this machine.
Can I sue this company and get my money back?
