i dr shilpa chitnis joshi took commercial loan of 9.3 lakh from JANASEVA SAHAKARI BANK in pune in 2006.they mentioned interest rate of 13% with 2% subsidy in agreement.when i went to prepay the loan in january 2013 i realized that bank had increased interest rate to 16% without informing me since 2007!i sent notice to the bank but they are not ready to accept their mistake.
