i have shipped registration form of my cousin on 4th march 2013 to Mussoorie international school, mussoorie, uttharakand, india through POD # SRT 521018434 on a promise of delivering the courier in 2 to 3 working days, but still now the courier is not delivered and the shipment is with the company and on asking the delivery confirmation they say that i need to contact their deharadun office coz they do not provide any service to that area..my question is what were they doing with the shipment for 16 days if they do not provide service to that area, they must have returned it to me asap and the second question is if they do not provide service to that area than why have they charged me for the same and taken the responsibility to ship it to the desired address. i feel a am duped and cheated and now they are harassing me by not assisting me for the same. i want the company to bear all the cost and expenses for shipping my courier to the desired address that to be at the earliest.
