HCL CDC Complaint

I am a student of hclcdckasba kolkata .I have admission in this organisation 2011.My course module(HCE+) was hw & nw .My first trainer is mr. partha chowdhury sir he is completed CCNA , HW six month,after they leave this organisation due to own reason,they leave within 7 days,after this no teacher will come to next one month,but we were coming continuous,no trainer provide us,after this 4 trainer (as such above) were come & leave without reason.I asked mr .PALASH then they never ask truth that” when will your tainer come”.If I called then they never pickup call us.Or own staff.After this one day I was go at the centre that when our class will be running.Then receiptionst parul mam they treat me rudly.I asked for certificate of basic they told us rudly that after course completion your certificate will be come.I called then they didnot pickup my call.I was redialing maximum 50 times but they didnot pickup my call.I have paid whole fee rs.62500 of this organisation in advance.(Including pd class fees and ID cards fees both are not provide to me.)

But till today we arenot positive response from hclcdc kasba kolkata branch.They have submitted all the hw & nw course fees but they have not completed hw & nw course.Today 1.5 years have been passed from my admission in hclcdc branch fkasba kolkata .I have no certificate related to computers course,I belive on this organisation for computer course but they do such type of irresponsible behaviour with me.When do I tell about certificate of basic course then he will disconnected the or not pickup my phone,when do I go center then center head meet me or my parents.Recetionsts of hclcdc doesnot give any useful information.Please take a suitable step for this.I want basic certificate .And after basic course all fees return to me.
