My name is Niteshwar Singh and my mobile number is 8100013197 and I am a reliance gsm user. I recharged my mobile on 19th march 2013 by rs.51 for internet pack. But I dint get any internet pack, niether get any pack nor any balance on my mobile number. And I paid the amount to the retailer. When I called to customer care there response was not satisfactory and they confirmed that recharge has done but you have got only 1 paise for this recharge. On recharge of rs.51 if I got only 1 paise then how will I survive. I am a student and I am from a lower class family and even I can’t concentrate on my studie. Please help me out from this. i will be grateful to you for this.
