Non receipt of consignment

Name of company/service: Firstflight courier

Ref to the order no. OD30312023103, I have received the consignment through M/s First flight courier.(shipment no.: E99140801, dtd 13.03.2013)

But after opening the consignment at 2.30 pm on 19.03.2013 at M/s First Flight courier, Namrup (Assam), it is observed that ordered TAB with accessories is missing, only I have received is the Mono handset.

Please look into the matter on urgent basis and act accordingly.
