No messages received for any activation/download/subscription

Called Customer care, saying that they cannot refund the amount deducted for Internet.

I have not Downloaded/activated/subscribed for any packs/games/any other services, i have no browsed for checking mail, facebook.

Somany times amounts deducted just like above. But no refunds.

Nowadays very poor services from Idea. Thinking of porting to other networks.

If amount is not refunded, will proceed legally
