Meta Slim 15 days Money Back Guarantee -Fake Offer

I ordered Meta Slim product after seeing Adv on TV and product was booked dated 4th Mar 2013. Allergy was caused after using the product oil within 5 days. After consulting the doc it was adviced to return the prodcut. Since there was 15 days money back gaurantee I called 9592169802 Order # from where the order was booked. I was adviced on Mar 10 that i hv to send an sms to the same # and customeer service will call me to register my complaint and also give me the procedure to return the product and get the money back. I did not receive any calls on Saturday I agian called the same # to confirm, I was told that there shift is getting over as it is weekend. so I will get a call from the Manager who will assist in returning the product. I didnt receive any call on Monday so I called the Custoemr service #9229264500 and spoke to Smita who assured that the product will be retunred and they will call be back with corect process. Today Mar 18 I got call from 7316673500(customer care. Representative was rude and tole me that the product cannot retunred as the complaint was not forwarded within 15 days on purchase. To which I told her that I have been trying to register my complaint since Mar 10. She was rude and said that this cannot be returned and kept the phone..I also asked her to transfer the call to her manager to which she replied that is not possible. She said it is our fault not register the complaint on time so the product will not be returned. I treied calling the first # 9592169802 since morning but the # was not active. BUt just now I was able to speak to a girl who said she will call back tomorow with the Info. Not sure whether the amount I paid will b returned or not. But I have my Cell Phone Call and sms History showing that I called them before 15 days to return the product.

Kindly advice how to get this fixed. Also a warning for all not to order any product online as they might be fake company and product.

So BEWARE.

Hope someone will listen to me and provide a proper solution.
