I have done Pest Control for Crockroach in my flat kumbare garden kothroud, Pune 411 038 on 19the Mar,2012 and paid Rs 550/- cash immediately.
The treatment which was given was not upto thee standard and I could not sleep peacefully till date and even when we made thee complaints theere is no proper reply. ( They are asking us to wait for furtheer period of 15 days from thee date of Pest control ), which is not as per thee terms and conditions mentioned in challans.
After so many call they have given retreatment but their is no use of that
and now they are asking more money for retreatment
Please take some action, as soon as early reception staff is fully arrogant.
