Product not Dispatched

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: India/pune&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: kaunsa.com</p>I have booked a Micromax A110 Superfone Canvas 2 Item Code : MOB/MOB/MIC/9946 on Feb 10,2013 in Kaunsa.com and the dispatch date of the product is Feb 25,2013 but upto now they have not delivered the product and they are not responding to calls and mails for updates on the delivery of the product.
Kindly please help here.
