I am highly regreting purchasing a Sharp LED TV.
I made a purchase in June 2012. Come March, my TV has started acting up… I called the customer care and lodged a complaint.. Complaint Number is 336241.
The technician came 2 days later to check on the TV however, said that a part needs to be replaced… My TV is well within the warranty.
I was told that it would be fixed in 2 days.. However, its almost 2 weeks now and there is no response from their service centre.
I keep following up every time, to be told that they would update me on the status of the part being ordered the next day… But they never call..I feel like a fool, calling them everyday and reminding them about their duties.
Kindly escalate this and help me.
