Wrong Billing

Name of company/service: tata docomo

I had bought a new tata docomo post paid 1299 plan with free roaming facility. But they have wrongly billed for this Feburary 2013 month which is approx Rs 2000.I have complaint on 03 march regarding about the wrongly bill but no action is taken yet.My complaint no.352440751 is given by tata docomo customer care but up till now no action is taken yet.I have called on customer care no 09225200362 many times but they are not receving my call.My Tata docomo post paid no. is +917276155559
