Lack of notification on exceeding quota

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I have a post-paid connection for Wi-fi hub from Tata Docomo. I have been using their service for more than a year. Since last couple of months, I have been getting high bills from Tata Docomo due to my usage. I paid the bill on the first occasion which was about Rs. 800 more than the usual bill. However, I registered a compliant over phone with Tata Docomo about their failure to send me a notification about execeeding my quota. They agreed to this and mentioned to me on the phone that they have made appropriate changes to the system and I would receive the notification. However, in the subsequent month they have sent me an even higher bill (about Rs. 2000 more than usual). I have not received any notification from Tata Docomo about execeeding my quota. I feel that I’ am being penalised with no redressal as my repeated attempts to call them have gone in vain. I have even tried asking them to switch my plan to a higher quota but they do not seem to be bothered to switch or cancel my plan.
