Wrong balance deduction

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Rajarhat&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: BSNL</p>I have been a consumer of bsnl(kolkata),my number
is 9432992815. On the last 15-02-2013 i found
to my surprise that an amount of rs
21.60 had been deducted from my account. I instantly
contacted customer care and they informed me that it
was their fault & promised that they would retrieve it at
the earlier. Also give me a docket number b15cd301196.
But unfortunately ,nothing so happened & on 3/6/2013
11:44:35 am,i received a message that “no such wrong
deduction found on mention date “. I’m totally
disappointed that my complaint remained unheard .
Thus , i earnestly appeal to you to look into the matter in
person and solve my problem.
