Iam using Idea service 4 years, From last 4 months idea networking is not working properly .i am not given any call to customer care for activationg my dailer tone.i am not interested to use such services.But Idea activated dailer tone on 18-03-2013. i called to customer care asking this , they sayinng i had given a call , but i am not given any call for asking about dailer tone.And thier exeutives given very rude answer to me .
Theit Executive Names:Anil Kumar and some other people.Please do the need full. Stop All these non-sence happening to me .i have recieved all these messages regarding activation. and i called again for deactivtion.
