Bad quality of product

Sir, i Arun Mishra had purchased a HCL ME V1 Tablate on 15 feb-13 through online shopping and it got delivered my house at 20 feb-13 and there was problem with software as it was getting hang and there was problem in handset mike so i have given it to service center on 26 feb-13 and they told me that we will replace it or we will repair it till 4-March-13.
So i called them on 5 March they told me we will let u know but they haven’t called me nor they have picked up my phone.
So pl’s sir, help me out
