Lost Goods from the Consignment

Consignment no. z83973421

The consignment was open from which 3 chocolate boxes are missing out of 4 , one small toy is also missing ,total of all this costs to be Rs.1240

(2) Worst customer care service, call will be always waiting and gets cut after 3-4 minutes , but the big thing is they charge us even for waiting them to attend our call .

(3) The website is always down , you cannot track the consignment

kindly help me resolving my complaint .
