Activation of 3G free data plan (60days) pending with no resolution provided

Location/place: New Delhi (Dwarka)

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Hi,

I purchased a Galaxy Grand Duos on 15 March 2013 (vide IMEI number – *356150/05/061968/6 * *356201/05/061968/7*).

The free 3G data plan for 2GB (free for 60days) that is a bundled offering is not activated even after repeated calls to customer care and visiting the Vodafone store.

Request a speedy resolution, as I am dependent on mobile internet for a part of my work.
