wrong info by indian railway enquiry system

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: guna,m.p&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: railway department</p>We have reserved 4 seats in dehradun indore intercity express for 16 march 2013.the original timing for the train to depart from guna station was 11.40 but the train was running 2.47 min late according to the indian railway enquiry system.we reached the station at 2.10 i.e 27 min. Before.but as we entered the station the station the train started to move,all the doors were closed and not even a single person was there to pull the chain.we ran towards the train and told the guard that we have reservation but he also denied to help..
Their is no pain for the loss of money but our whole night got spoiled and the coming day also all because of this wrong information given by the railway enquiry department..
So its my humble request that required action must take place against the considered department otherwise it may continue to give wrong info to the public..
