billing issue

I was charged Rs. 600 for international calling. I was not even aware that my international calling is active. I have not given any request to activate international calling on my number…
Please do the needful…

I had requested to deactivate SMS Pack on 11th Feb’13. But I have it is still not deactivated. Why do I pay if I have not used the service & requested for disconnection.
There was some discrepancy in Jan Billing as mentioned above wherein I was told to pay 80% of my bill to avoid disconnection & was assured that I will not be charged any late payment charges for remaining amount. I was also assured that I will not get a single collection call from vodafone regarding outstanding amount as it was suppose to be included in current month bill.
But I am charged late payment charges of Rs.50. I received at least 10 collection calls from different agencies for a penny amount like Rs. 300.
