Hi,
I had bought a Reliance broadband data card paying Rs.1499 only after the sales guy promised that we will get 2 mbps speed and good connectivity. But the sales guy gave the device and took the amount and left even without demonstration. We were not even able to open any page since there was no network at all. i called the customer care several times to cancel the connection but everytime they told try for some days. One day, I was fed up calling them and told I am not using the device, if you people do not cancel I am not responsible. After some days they started calling telling my bill is due for Rs. 1300 odd. I refused to pay since I never used it and I already lost Rs.1499. They have been calling several times and harassing me telling they have filed a case against me and I have to attend the case, pay fine etc. I am totally disturbed by this incident and the way they harass me. Kindly help and guide me in this regard. I have lost my money already and why should I pay them again. My mind is totally disturbed by this incident and the harassment they caused. Kindly help me..
