I am very sorry to say that the most pathetic service is being provided by Conde Nast India team.
After repeated follow-ups no one is able to sort out the customer concern.
I have taken my AD Architectural Digest subscription in the month of August and till date I have received only one issue of the same.
The team is really testing the patience of the customers. No one is there to take responsibility of anything.
