3g recharge benifit not given to consumer

Name of company/service: reliance comminucation

Dear,
sir i had recharge my reliance no:9692039338 with rs597.which gives the benifit of 5gb till 3month.
i had recharge it on dt:7/03/2013.but still not given the sarvice from reliance communication.i have given complaint to costomer care 20times they just tell me to help.till it was 15/3/2013.the sarvice was not given to me.
so kindly look into the matter and solve the problem
for which i shall be greatfull to you.

still m not getting the benifit.
the nodal officer of reliance communication is sleeping….
the worste network of india is reliance.
I SUGGEST U PEOPLE ….DONT GO FOR RELIANCE …
