I have participated I phone contest, by paying Rs. 699/- through online payment.
saying if you don’t get the prize 100% money back. Later I understood that money back means we have to buy something from them. For that I placed order for two belts, which was about 1000/- + Rs. 100 for shipping. So paid extra amount online again.
I have got the confirmation and said they will deliver the item with in 7-10 days.
Now when we wants to talk to the customer care No. 080-67169608 only recorded message we get. No customer care executive available for talk. When we write to them svaiza [email protected] again only the automated reply comes.
So I really think that this is a fraud company.
We have been cheated, please try to protect others from being cheated from Svaiza
